We are always seeking to identify mission-driven candidates who are excited about the work we are doing in Indian Country and who possess one or more (not necessarily all) of the following professional competencies and experiences:

  • Working directly with Tribes, Alaska Native, and/or Native Hawaiian communities, demonstrating cultural competence and understanding and are prepared to listen and learn, seek to understand, and tailor your approach to each unique community.

  • Grant research, writing, and editing with strong project management skills and a proven track record of producing competitive proposals.

  • Comfortability and familiarity with online portals (grants.gov, submittable, etc.)

  • Experience in grant management and reporting and meeting deadlines.

  • We are especially interested in connecting with professionals who are grant writers with experience in health, justice systems, and transportation.

  • Project Management in any area. PMP Certification is highly desired.

  • Subject matter experts in transportation, clean energy, and broadband.

  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.

  • A preference for candidates in the HST/PST/MST/CST time zones for optimal collaboration as the majority of our clients are in these time zones.

If any of these sound like you and are interested in joining our talent portfolio, we encourage you to submit your resume.

We look forward to hearing from you!
